Dr Roisin Ni Thuama is a Doctor of Law, a governance and risk management expert, and a co-author of NATO’s Cybersecurity Training Manual. She brings deep strategic insight to global debates on cyber governance, resilience, and emerging threats. Rois has advised the US Department of Defense, the UK Parliament, and major corporates on aligning security practices with legal and fiduciary obligations.

Recognising the gap between cybersecurity, law, and business decision-making, she created the RAPID-T risk management model—a modern, actionable framework that enables boards and senior leaders to make faster, better, and more legally defensible decisions in today’s complex risk environment. Her work spans the UK, EU, and USA across cybersecurity governance, AI risk, and enterprise resilience.
